Objectives

Panama Youth Services at Wakefield Place has objectives for implementing, monitoring and recommending corrective actions necessary to fulfill the requirements of the assessed needs of the youth. The objectives are as follows:

Objective 1

100% of youth shall be delivered scheduled
services applicable to the program description
and specifications for the term of the contract.

Objective 2

100% of youth shall receive group counseling based on established principles.

Objective 3

100% of all youth at Wakefield Place program shall receive structured social skills training according to established concepts and principles.

Objective 4

100% of all youths enrolled shall comply with
established and written dress code.

Objective 5

100% of youth enrolled shall comply with the
established and written grievance, discipline
and review procedure.

Objective 6

100% of youth shall participate in daily preemployment skills training, group counseling, behavior management and scheduled recreational, leisure activities.
